Mackinac Bridge Full Color Giclee Print

Legend of the Mac Bridge:
The Mackinac Bridge opened in 1957 and connects the upper and lower peninsulas of Michigan. “Mackinac” derives from the Indian word “Michilimackinac”, meaning “island of the great turtle.”

Gov. G. Mennen William began the tradition of the governor leading the annual “Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk” across the bridge.
